Lettuce Entertain You is NOW HIRING for Internship Opportunities in Dallas, with Level 1 and Level 2 management and culinary tracks offered across multiple markets. The program runs May 25–August 4, 2027 (about 10 weeks) and requires weekly seminars, a group project, and hands-on restaurant experiences.

Level 2 internships are by invitation and involve leadership roles with project checklists; interns cover housing and transportation logistics and may travel for certain events.

Qualifications

• Level 1 internship requires at least one year of hospitality experience; customer service experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Participate in and complete weekly seminars, management checklists, and summer festival activities.
• Perform hourly restaurant roles (host, server, runner, busser, cook) as assigned by the supervising manager.
• Safely operate tools and equipment and follow safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and nights; communicate clearly in written and spoken directions.
