Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is offering internship opportunities across multiple markets, including Level 1 and Level 2 summer programs and culinary externships. Interns gain exposure to restaurant management and guest service, with projects and seminars across several locations including Illinois, Maryland, and more.

The program runs May 25–August 4, 2027 (about 10 weeks). Interns work in hourly roles, attend weekly seminars, and showcase a final project at a live expo.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hospitality experience is required. Customer service experience will be considered.
• Level 2 requires completion of Level 1 Lettuce Internship and 4+ years in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly seminars covering restaurant financials, menu creation, and marketing.
• Complete a restaurant-based Project Checklist and an intern Expo presentation.
• Work in hourly roles at Lettuce restaurants and follow supervisor guidance.
• Move between stations and teams as assigned, including weekends and nights.
