Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is offering internship opportunities in Minnesota for the summer, with two levels of Restaurant Management Internships and culinary externships year-round; the program runs May 25 through August 4, 2027, for about 10 weeks. Qualifications

• Level 1 requires at least one year of hospitality experience. Customer service experience will be considered.
• Level 2 requires completion of Level 1 Lettuce Internship and at least 4 years in restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly seminars and participate in program activities.
• Perform host, server, runner, busser, cook or other duties as assigned at designated restaurant location.
• Safely use and operate tools and equipment required for internship roles.
• Work weekends and nights and adapt to busy environments.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech to follow job requirements.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
