Job summary

Level 1 interns work hourly roles in our restaurants and attend industry sessions; Level 2 interns may lead projects and gain leadership experience at participating locations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hospitality experience is required.
• Level 2 requires successfully completed Level 1 Lettuce Internship and at least 4 years in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly seminars and participate in program activities.
• Work in an hourly role at a Lettuce restaurant location in Illinois or other markets.
• Complete Level 1 or Level 2 project work and internships as assigned.
