Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is now hiring for internship opportunities across multiple markets, including Illinois and Virginia. The Level 1 and Level 2 Summer Internship Programs offer hands-on restaurant experience, seminars, and a final expo project over approximately 10 weeks.

Level 1 requires at least one year in hospitality; Level 2 requires completion of Level 1 and at least four years in the restaurant industry.

Qualifications

• Level 1 Summer Internship requires at least one year of hospitality experience.
• Level 2 Summer Internship requires completion of Level 1 internship and at least 4 years in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and complete weekly seminars and internship activities.
• Work in hourly roles at one of our restaurants.
• Support guest experience and teamwork across locations.
