Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You currently offers internship opportunities in Orlando, with Level 1 and Level 2 tracks. Programs run May 25 to August 4, 2027 (≈10 weeks). Applications close April 9, 2027.

Interns are responsible for housing and transportation; Level 2 is by invitation only. Level 1 places interns in hourly roles across our Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Florida, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas, Washington D.C., and Virginia restaurants.

Qualifications

• Level 1 internship requires at least one year of hospitality experience.
• Level 2 internship requires successful completion of Level 1 Lettuce Internship and at least 4 years in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly seminars covering restaurant financials, menu creation, and marketing.
• Level 1 interns work hourly roles in Lettuce restaurants.
• Level 2 interns lead in various restaurant opportunities based on experience.
• Interns participate in an internship project and expo.
• Must be able to work a variety of days, including weekends and nights.
