Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is offering a Summer 2027 Product Development Intern position at the Frisco, TX R&D facility. You will lead an experimental research project, develop prototypes, and present findings to leadership at summer end.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration across R&D teams and requires full-time availability, 40 hours/week, in-person in Frisco. The program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027 with a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, and compensation includes $31.00/hour plus a $2,500 sign-on

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program in a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bench-top experiments and develop prototypes.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory work and data.
• Interpret test results and write technical reports.
• Use Excel and formulation software to document lab work and formulas.
• Work with R&D functions including Sensory, Ingredients, Nutrition, Regulatory, Flavor Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, and Technical Services.
• Multi-task to achieve desired results.
