Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Summer 2027 Talent Acquisition Intern focused on campus recruiting. You will support full-cycle recruiting, enhance the candidate experience, and partner with cross‑functional teams.

The program runs June 7 to August 13, 2027, 40 hours/week, hybrid schedule. You will help with recruitment marketing, materials, and campus projects, and gain exposure to employer branding and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development or another related field
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross‑functionally, be independently driven, and a self‑starter
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive marketing and communication initiatives for talent acquisition, focusing on campus recruitment, intern and co‑op programs
• Collaborate with the HR Communications team to develop on‑brand recruiting materials, such as flyers and presentations, and create an intern appreciation video for National Intern Day
• Assist in research and analysis of campus recruitment best practices to optimize hiring tools and technologies
