Job summary

Blue River Technology is seeking a 2026 Summer Project Manager Intern to help streamline internal processes across platform teams and support machine-learning and agricultural autonomy initiatives.

The role emphasizes rapid learning, strong communication, and collaboration with subject-matter experts. Hybrid work in Santa Clara, CA with 1–2 days in the office weekly, for a 3–4 month summer period. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to explain technical points to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help establish a unified internal customer support process across multiple platform teams by interviewing stakeholders and proposing consolidated plans.
• Drive understanding of stakeholders' needs to reduce process friction.
• Consolidate, organize, update, or purge existing technical documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with program management and engineering to resolve conflicts and identify gaps in docs.
• Support Robotics Fleet Management docs, including roadmaps and status reports.
• Support Spark Ops with long-term planning documentation process.
• Improve Spark metrics analysis and reporting.
