Job summary

Carlsbad Tech is seeking Summer 2026 Software Engineer Interns to support their Internal Research & Development (IRAD) program. The intern will work in Herndon, VA, or other specified offices, contributing to exciting projects in various fields including cybersecurity and mobile technology.

This role requires strong programming skills, ideally in Java, and a commitment to working a minimum of 35-40 hours per week. Benefits include competitive pay at $25.00/hour and the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Completed progress toward a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
