Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Program Manager for Intern Experience to own the day-to-day operations of the internship lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, cohort events, mentorship, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for interns across multiple sites.

You will report on program metrics, drive improvements, and collaborate with recruiters, HR, and site teams. This execution-first role offers growth as scope expands and emphasizes AI-enabled tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in talent acquisition, university programs, early career, or HR programs.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of a defined program or workstream, including planning, execution, tracking, and closeout.
• Demonstrated use of data and metrics to report on program health and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to give clear status updates and escalate issues with context.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of intern experience programming across the internship lifecycle: onboarding, cohort events, mentorship touchpoints, development sessions, and offboarding.
• Execute against established plans, timelines, and templates; manage program calendars, logistics, vendor coordination, and communications.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, tracking, and reporting in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across Blue Origin sites to deliver a consistent intern experience regardless of location.
