Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 to support cross-functional teams on new product development and portfolio management projects. Gain hands-on experience with project tools, dashboards, and standard work processes while collaborating with managers and peers.

You will contribute to updates of existing templates and reporting, participate in onboarding workflows, and learn how projects move from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level.
• Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, yet ability to see the big picture.
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updates to existing tools, links, dashboards from Fall 2026 roll-out.
• Develop tools and processes for management of cross-functional unit projects to ensure visibility.
• Work with project managers and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop standard work operations for routine processes to aid onboarding, consistent use of tools and processes, and determine gaps.
