Kite Pharma, Inc. is offering an Intern - Kite Research - Project Management position in the United States. The role focuses on leading a defined summer project within the Research organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable insights through structured documentation and dashboards.

The internship emphasizes professional development, leadership presentations, and diversity and inclusion, with hybrid onsite work for 10–12 weeks between May and August.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program with continued full-time enrollment after internship.
• Must be at least 18 years old at start of internship.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must commit to a full-time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
• All internships are hybdrid; fully remote roles are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined summer project within the Research organization to improve project management, operations, or team collaboration.
• Partner with stakeholders across Research and supporting functions to gather information and identify improvements.
• Collect and organize processes or project information to generate actionable insights.
• Develop project deliverables such as reports, minutes, dashboards, and process maps aligned with objectives.
• Apply project management principles including planning, execution tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
• Present your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the internship conclusion.
