Job summary

Eligible candidates are enrolled full‑time in a qualifying program, have a 2.8+ GPA, and can commit to 10–12 weeks between May and August. Hybrid work arrangement applies; remote roles are not offered.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program at a national accredited U.S. college or university, with continued full‑time enrollment required in Fall after internship.
• Must be 18+ at start of internship.
• Must have a minimum 2.8 GPA (transcripts may be requested).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must commit to a full‑time internship lasting 10–12 weeks between May and August.
• Hybrid internship; fully remote roles are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Data trending and gap analysis for study and portfolio datasets.
• Assist in creating AI agents.
• Assist in GCP inspection preparation activities.
• Assist in quality metrics and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop tools and templates to support quality culture within Kite clinical trials.
• Attend team meetings and learn about the Kite Quality organization.
• Present final work (PPT) near the internship’s conclusion.
