Kite Pharma, based in Santa Monica, CA, offers an Intern - Kite Development - Process Development (Vector Process Design) position to contribute to high-impact projects and gain real-world experience at a world-class biopharma company. You will focus on understanding biophysical properties of vector particles, drive data analysis, and support cross-functional teams.

The internship lasts 10–12 weeks between May and August with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

Must be enrolled full-time in a U.S. college or university with continuous enrollment for Fall.
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
GPA 2.8 or higher; transcripts may be requested.
Hybrid internship; not offered fully remote.

Responsibilities

Assist with execution of fill/finish process development experiments.
Collect, analyze, and summarize experimental data using scientific and statistical tools.
Support investigation of process performance, yield, and stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Development, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and study documentation.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow GMP and safety practices.
