Job summary

The internship lasts 10–12 weeks between May and August, requiring full-time enrollment and a minimum GPA, with opportunities for professional development and leadership exposure in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program with continued enrollment required in Fall.
• Must be at least 18 years old at start.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Must commit to a full‑time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
• All internships are hybrid; fully remote roles are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Work in lab setting, create study plans, execute, and analyze data with supervision.
• Generate an SOP or study report by the end of the internship period.
• Participate in job related trainings while at Kite.
• Document experiments and resulting data in an electronic notebook.
• Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship.
