Kite Pharma seeks a motivated intern for Kite Development - Tech Ops (Process Development) in Santa Monica. You will work on analytics projects extracting value from manufacturing data, building dashboards, and applying AI tools to improve process performance.

You’ll collaborate with teams to identify use cases, deliver scalable solutions, and present your findings in a final PPT. Hybrid site; 10–12 weeks, May–August.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/MBA/MD/PhD program with full-time status.
GPA 2.8 or higher across coursework and transcripts may be requested.
Willing to commit to 10–12 weeks full-time internship between May and August.

Responsibilities

Execute analytics and digital projects using Process Development data.
Develop dashboards and AI-enabled tools to improve process visibility.
Apply data science and ML to support decision making and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
Deliver recommendations and present final work with a PPT.
