Goodfellow Bros Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Intern for the Waikoloa, HI team on the island of Big Island for Summer 2027.

Under supervision, you will assist with layout, form design, change orders, plan checking, and document control, gaining real-world construction experience. Qualifications include pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, travel may be required, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related major.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager/Project Engineers/Estimators with construction-related duties.
• Track work hour utilization and productivity under supervision.
• Maintain up-to-date file/library of material suppliers, labor laws, rental rates and qualified subcontractors.
• May assist field personnel with manual tasks on construction projects.
• Order suppliers and materials as needed.
