Job summary

Z Modular in Troy, MI or Austin, TX is offering a Summer 2027 Program Development Internship from May 24 to August 13. You will gain hands-on experience in enterprise project management, process improvement, data analysis, and technology integration across large-scale real estate initiatives.

You will assist with schedules, documentation, dashboards, data management, and reporting, collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking and updating project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Support collection, organization, and maintenance of project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and document key points.
• Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and tracking tools.
• Gather and organize project data and support reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to document current-state processes and identify improvements.
• Create user guides and training materials for new tools.
• Assist with evaluating and deploying PM, reporting, and analytics tools.
