Job summary

Z Modular (a division of Zekelman Industries) seeks an Asset Management Intern for an on-site role in Austin, TX. The program runs May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027.

You will assist with leasing activities, operational reporting, market research, property performance tracking, and capital improvement projects while collaborating with the Director of Asset Management and cross-functional teams. Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
Foundational understanding of rental real estate, property management, or asset management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient with Excel and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

Support leasing activities and property performance tracking.
Prepare periodic performance reports for management and third-party operators.
Coordinate leasing documents and inquiries.
Track capital improvement projects with site teams.
Conduct market research and data collection.
Monitor contracts for key dates and renewals.
