Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is hiring interns for Summer 2027 across Cincinnati, OH, Faribault, MN, and Louisville, KY.

The 12-week program (May–August) offers hands-on project work, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to collaborate with engineering and production teams on real manufacturing projects. Interns will gain hands-on lab and production experience, with exposure to process improvement, data collection, and Lean initiatives on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Sophomore, junior or senior standing during internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Work with quality, engineering, and production teams on real projects.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor learning processes and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Support process improvement and layout projects.
• Help implement engineering solutions to see projects through to completion.
