Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is hiring engineering interns for Summer 2027 across Cincinnati, Faribault, and Louisville locations. The 12-week program runs May–August with hands-on lab and production experience, mentorship, and professional development.

Interns will work with engineering and production teams on real projects, gain exposure to manufacturing processes, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Strong teamwork and initiative are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year engineering degree in a related field
• Sophomore to Senior standing at internship start
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work

Responsibilities

• Work alongside quality, engineering, and production teams on real projects.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor learning processes, equipment, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Support process improvement, equipment, tooling, and layout projects.
• Assist with time studies, process documentation, and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Help implement engineering solutions and see projects through to completion.
