Tru Vue Inc. is hiring engineering intern positions for Summer 2027 across Cincinnati, OH, Faribault, MN and Louisville, KY.

The 12-week program (May–August) provides hands-on lab and production experience, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to real manufacturing projects on the floor. Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing at internship
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required
• Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work

Responsibilities

• Work with quality, engineering, and production teams on real projects.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor learning processes, equipment, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Support process improvement, equipment, tooling, and layout projects.
• Assist with time studies, process documentation, and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
