Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is hiring interns for Summer 2027 at Cincinnati, OH, Faribault, MN and Louisville, KY. The 12-week program offers hands-on project experience, mentorship, and professional development on manufacturing floor roles.

Interns collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams, participate in lean initiatives, and gain exposure to real process improvements and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Sophomore to Senior standing at internship time.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Comfortable on a production floor.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work with quality, engineering, and production teams on real projects.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor learning processes, equipment, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Support process improvement, equipment, tooling, and layout projects.
• Assist with time studies, process documentation, and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Help implement engineering solutions and see projects through to completion.
