Tru Vue Inc. is hiring interns for Summer 2027 across Cincinnati, OH, Faribault, MN and Louisville, KY.

The 12‑week program (May–August) provides hands‑on lab and production experience, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to contribute to next‑gen products on the manufacturing floor. Interns work with engineering and production teams, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at a four year college or university in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing at the time of the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Interest in manufacturing and hands‑on engineering work.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside quality, engineering, and production teams on real projects.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor learning processes, equipment, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Support process improvement, equipment, tooling, and layout projects.
• Assist with time studies, process documentation, and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Help implement engineering solutions and see projects through to completion.
