• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process and financial studies to drive value and improve labor efficiencies.
• Analyze data with process-related technologies to recommend solutions.
• Assist in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and statistical reports.
• Leverage technology, including AI, to develop tools and workflows that enhance efficiency.
• Perform financial analyses to provide cost-saving recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with team personnel to support assignments.
• Create and deliver presentations for leadership on milestones and results.
• Acquire knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Familiarize yourself with the company's organizational structure and intergroup relationships.
