Job summary

Qualifications

Completion of Sophomore year in a 4-year Business, Finance or Process Improvement program.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Conduct process and financial studies to drive financial value and improve labor efficiencies.
Utilize process-related technologies and tools to analyze data and recommend solutions.
Assist in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and statistical reports.
Leverage technology, including AI, to develop tools and workflows for business users.
Support cost-saving analyses and present findings to leadership.
