Job summary

American Electric Power offers an IT internship in Columbus, OH, and nearby areas, with hands-on experience across Analytics, Data Science, Automation, Applications & Business Solutions, Infrastructure & Operations, and Telecommunications Construction. A housing stipend of $1,500/month may be provided for moves over 45 miles from home.

Interns gain exposure to enterprise IT projects and a variety of technology paths.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
