Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Spartanburg, SC is offering a Fall 2027 Co‑op in Process Engineering. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced food/beverage manufacturing environment while supporting projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency and reliability across our operations.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and present findings. The program runs July 12–December 10, 2027 and is onsite at the Spartanburg plant.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program majoring in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, written and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as CAD/SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and manufacturing projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other teams to implement improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and project updates.
