Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Fall 2027 Co-op in Process Engineering to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment and support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.

You will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and other teams, and help develop data-driven recommendations while documenting progress and presenting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time program in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Interest in process improvement, data analysis, manufacturing operations and engineering principles; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, CAD or SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and manufacturing projects to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and other teams to implement improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and communicate project updates and impact.
