Job summary

Office of the Attorney General in Rapid City seeks an Intern - Paralegal for the Summer session (May - August). The intern will review pleadings, perform data entry, establish tickler dates, and manage filing and service procedures under supervision.

Applicants must be enrolled as a part-time or full-time student and have completed at least one year of study. Preference may be given to South Dakota residents and students of SD institutions.

• Applicant must be enrolled as a part-time/full-time student at a college, university, or technical institute at the time they apply.
• By the start of the internship, the student should have completed one year (nine months) of their chosen program.
