Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain principles or improvement techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational leaders by identifying and implementing improved processes.
• Document and present solutions to leadership to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Analyze KPIs and design workflows to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Work on warehouse operations daily to observe, support, and improve processes.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
