Job summary

Cardinal Health invites undergraduates entering their senior year to join a hands-on Summer Internship Program in Ontario, CA. This 10–12 week experience lets interns tackle real projects, collaborate with professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes within the healthcare industry.

Interns gain formal mentoring, cross‑functional exposure, and leadership opportunities while exploring potential full‑time roles after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities are valued.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
• Document and present solutions to site leadership to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity.
• Assist in daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, storing and delivery.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in improvement projects.
