Cardinal Health's Summer Internship Program in Swedesboro, New Jersey offers a 10-12 week, hands-on experience for undergraduate students entering their senior year who want to make an impact in healthcare.

You’ll work on business-critical projects, gain leadership and professional skills through mentoring, workshops, and networking, and have a chance to interview for full-time roles after successful completion.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028
• Knowledge of supply chain principles or process improvement
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
• Participation in extracurricular activities or professional associations
• Must have US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes with site leaders
• Document and present solutions to leadership to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance metrics
• Support daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and staging
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed
• Analyze KPI data and design workflows to improve operational effectiveness
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work on the warehouse floor to observe, support, and improve processes
