Cencora invites you to join our 10-week Operations Internship at our Corona and Fontana, CA Distribution Centers. You will work with a mentor and gain exposure to multiple supply chain functions in a real-world, business-driven environment.

Interns report to Leadership Team on key accomplishments, with onsite shifts and development opportunities across diverse areas to build core leadership and analytical skills for a future in our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, operations/logistics, or related fields.
• Graduates within 1 year of internship completion.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members and interact with leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics.
• Report findings to teammates and management.
• Plan daily/weekly workload for departments and lead a team to goals.
• Work on projects with minimal supervision.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings.
• Be flexible with shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Participate in internship program training activities.
• Develop interpersonal and communication skills to lead a frontline workgroup.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and take risks.
• Gain understanding of all business areas to build business acumen.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, safe culture.
• Rotate through departments to learn.
• All other duties as needed.
