Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management.
• Graduate with a bachelor's degree within one year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
• Report findings to other team members and management as required.
• Experience setting and planning department workload to support priorities and leading a team.
• Work on projects and manage time without constant supervision.
• Organize and facilitate work team meetings and roundtables.
• Be flexible to work across early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Develop interpersonal and communication skills to lead a frontline workgroup.
