Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) offers a 12-week Summer Operations Internship in Little Rock, AR. It provides hands-on rotation through Parts or Service, exposure to a billion-dollar industry, and a pathway into our Full-Time Management Trainee Program.

Start pay is $20 per hour with on-the-job training, mentorship, and opportunities for networking to propel technical and leadership growth during the summer program.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Leadership and sales skills strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.

Responsabilités

• Execute business initiatives while receiving hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership.
• Utilize education, training, and experience to perform assigned job functions under close supervision of a manager or other designated employees.
• Develop skills necessary to rotate within the assigned department to get a comprehensive understanding of running the business.
• Opportunity to conduct a summer-long process improvement project.
