Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Expected graduation window fits internship period
• Knowledge of supply chain or operations a plus
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes
• Document and present solutions to site leadership to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity
• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Exposure to processing orders and quality control checks
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects
• Analyze KPI data and design workflows for effectiveness
• Identify reporting needs and build data visualization tools
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work on the warehouse floor daily to observe and improve processes
