The 10–12 week internship provides hands-on, real-world exposure to the healthcare supply chain and Cardinal Health's business culture. As an Operations Intern, you will partner with site leaders to analyze and implement new processes, document solutions, and support daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferred graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and improvement techniques (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying, analyzing, and improving warehouse processes.
• Document and present solutions to site leadership to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity metrics.
