IMEG is hiring a Mechanical Intern in Columbus, OH for a 10-12 week summer program. You will work with engineers on analysis, design, and oversight of mechanical systems for commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience across industrial, manufacturing, and MEP-focused work.

You’ll support project budgets, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to documentation, meetings, and field observations while learning from a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Two years completed toward BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interest in design consulting and building systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist with design portions of mechanical systems.
• Research commercially available equipment resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document design decisions.
