Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Summer 2027 Manufacturing Internship embedded in our Product Supply team. You will tackle real engineering challenges, optimize processes, and collaborate with experienced professionals on projects that impact P&G's brands.

Ideal candidates are engineering students with a strong analytical mindset, familiar with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, and prepared to relocate for the Summer internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations Management).
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, learn to manage timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to approach complex issues and contribute to technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to changes in project scope, schedule and cost; proactive and self-driven.
• Ability to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Process Engineering & Optimization projects using data analytics to improve product designs and reduce inefficiencies.
• Support Converting & Packaging Engineering efforts and assist with new equipment integration.
• Assist Control Systems Engineering tasks related to automation systems, networks, and robotics.
• Support Manufacturing Project initiatives from concept to execution, managing scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Support Capability Building through safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
