Sherwin-Williams offers a paid Management & Sales Internship in our retail stores for a 10-12 week summer program, giving hands-on exposure to management, sales, and store operations, as well as meaningful customer experiences.

You will gain insight into outside sales by traveling with a Sales Representative and spending structured time with the management team. A project addressing critical business issues will be completed with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
