Job summary

Sherwin-Williams invites motivated college students to join our Management & Sales Internship for a 10-12 week summer experience in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on exposure to management, sales, and store operations while delivering meaningful customer experiences.

You will travel with a Sales Representative, work with the management team, and complete a team-based project addressing real business issues, with leadership support throughout.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language (Spanish preferred).
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a team setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items that meet their needs.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations.
• Collaborate with team members on a project addressing a real store challenge.
