The Sherwin-Williams Company is offering a paid Management & Sales Internship in San Diego, CA, a 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in management, sales, store operations, and customer interactions, while working on a project with leadership.

You will travel with a Sales Representative, learn about outside sales, and spend structured time with the management team, while gaining practical B2B and retail exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet their needs; contribute to sales goals.
