Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. invites motivated students to join the Management & Sales Internship—a paid 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores.

You'll gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations while delivering meaningful customer experiences. The program includes shadowing a Sales Representative, hands-on projects with leadership, and potential path to our Management and Sales Training Program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional in-store and phone customer service.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet needs.
• Develop strong product knowledge to answer inquiries.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations.
• Collaborate with interns on a team project.
