The pay range is $17-$30 per hour. Clerks perform substantive work from day one, with opportunities to learn from seasoned litigators.

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities relevant to litigation.
• Interest in gaining hands-on legal experience through a structured Clerk Program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
