This program offers real litigation experience, professional mentorship, and meaningful exposure to the practice of law, with a hybrid/on-site schedule. Clerks perform research, draft motions, support discovery, assist with trial preparation, observe depositions, and collaborate with attorneys nationwide.

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills are required.
• Interest in litigation and hands-on legal experience is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
