The program provides real litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to the practice of law with a hybrid/on-site work model. Clerks will engage in substantive work from day one, partnering with seasoned litigators, and gain exposure to client, depositions, and trial strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Current law students or recent ABA-accredited law school graduates.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation and hands-on legal experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional setting.
• Willing to work in hybrid/on-site arrangements across multiple offices.

Aufgaben

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
