Qualifications

• Must be a current law student or recent graduate from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials with writing, research, and analytical skills
• Interest in litigation and gaining hands-on legal experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide
