The Summer Law Clerk Program runs May–August with hybrid or in-office engagements and compensation commensurate with experience. The pay range is 17–30 USD per hour in the United States, with full-time in-office or hybrid

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation and gaining hands-on legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
